Include default product variation

Are you sure you have successfully reprocessed your product feed and cleared all caching of your browser and any caching plugin you might be using so you are not looking at an old cached version of your feed?

Yes, I’ve tried it in in different broswers and in inkognito.

The ids I’m havings issues with is: 2146, 963, 964 and 965

Thanks for this. The debug.log shows that the plugin last updates this morning just after 07:00

I a not sure when you enabled the default variations option but if you did so today after 07:07 than it makes sense it is not showing in your feed yet.

Fixed it yesterday so unfortunately that’s not the solution

I have tried to replicate the issue at hand by using the same attributes and settings as you did (I think). This is the variable product we created and the defaults we set (so set both a default color and a default pack size): https://www.dropbox.com/s/n705i6y1v66672x/default-values.png?dl=0

Make sure you have disabled the “Refresh only when products changed” option.

After processing only this variation was added to the feed we created:

So for us all seems to be working as expected. Is there anything you did differently?

I’ve only used one attribute but besides that it’s the same (and “Refresh only when products changed” was disabled).

Than that is the cause, only when you have set a true default variation (so with both attributes set) the “only use default variation” feature will work.

You misunderstood me, the color and multipack attribute is set in the same attribute not to different ones.

I don’t understand. On your website it shows as different attributes as you can select both a color and a pack size?

Alright, just one attribute. That makes no difference to us, it also works fine with just one attribute set as default.

So we are a bit out of options, the only thing really that is left is caching I am afraid. Did you already try making another change to your feed to see if that is making it to your feed? Try adding a custom field to your feed and map it to any attribute and test if it shows after reprocessing the feed.

Tested it now but it didn’t help.

Also found that some of my products is missing in the feed.

Did the extra field mapping made it to the feed?
