Subscribers welcome email – Newsletter

    I use newsletter plugin to collect user mail. It’s working properly on the subdomain, when I hit the subscribe button in the front page footer widget section it sends me an email for confirmation, which also shows ‘This message confirms your subscription to our newsletter. Thank you!’.

    after transfer to the main domain, it’s doesn’t work properly. when I hit the subscribe button in the front page footer widget section it doesn’t send welcome mail. all settings are the same there is no difference.
    only it shows me the: “Your subscription has been confirmed ”

    how can I fix this problem?

    Hi, probably the widget in the footer has been inserted statically and is still pointing to the other site. Please ask the site devs to check for it, or try to resave the footer widget.
