    Hi @mariekeflikweert

Hmm, did you create any staging/testing site and, after that, noticed stats are missing? If so, could you please let us know the address of your staging site?

Please note that there is no issue if the staging site doesn’t exist now; we only need the staging site address so that we can check that in our system. ??

There were problems with my web hosting (MijnDomein), causing me to be unable to install Jetpack. Now – after 4 months – I can install Jetpack again, but some of the statistics are missing now. From February 20 to June 11.

I don’t know what a staging site is and what the address is.

    (I’m sorry, Google Translate-English)

    Hi @mariekeflikweert

    Thanks for the additional info.

It’s now clear that your stats are missing because Jetpack was not connected in those four months. Our servers can only record clicks and collect stats when there is a working connection to the site.

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately. I read this article and I thought maybe it would be.

    Hi @mariekeflikweert

That article is more about the situation where you set up a development/staging site (as I mentioned in my first reply) or a different URL address, then you set up Jetpack, and found that your stats and/or followers are lost. We can help there to migrate those to the correct site, but if the site is completely disconnected from Jetpack for a time period, then there is no way to get lost stats for that particular time period.
