can’t log in as admin after importing from another blog

Hi,
I installed wordpress on a new location and imported posts/users from another wordpress location.

After working countless hours install plugins, themes and designing I can’t log in.
I can only login as a user.
I can’t recall my new admin password and I can’t get it though email.

I thought I made my other user account an admin, but I guess that didn’t work.

So how do I get my password ?
