Suddenly stopped working when enabling.

The form had been working all right until yesterday, but it is not working now.
I have test new plugins installed by deactivating them to check a conflict, but I could not find anything from any of them.
I reset the API key and reentered onto the system, but nothing happens.Could anyone please help me with this, please?
