Interview booking

Could this be used to allow candidates to book an interview slot. Example – you are running 2 days of interviews with 3 separate interview panels working consecutively and want to split the days into 30 minute time slots for people to book (or request to book) a slot. They would get an interview confirmation email and once booked an interview slot wouldn’t be available to others unless cancelled. Ideally candidates wouldn’t require a login.
