Error in bid box (forces next increment ONLY)

    Hello,

    There is a bug in the bid box. It forces you to enter the next bid increment no matter what amount you are trying to input (i.e. a much higher amount).
    For example, the next incremental bid is $2,300, but you are trying to bid $2,500, as you are typing $2,500 the amount changes to 23002500. This can lead to bidder entering the wrong amount. THIS IS A CRITICAL BUG!!!
    This happens as you are typing the amount even before you click the “place bid” button

    Bidders can place a bid of next bid increment value or higher value on the auction product. Your wordpress site has theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some conflict on your site, this issue is happening. If it is possible for you to share below details, it would be really helpful to solve your problem.

    1. Attach “WooCommerce System Report”. You can find it here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status

    2. Could you also share which theme are you using and share its zip if it is paid so that we can install and test it in-house.

    3. Create test product on your site and share URL. So, we can test this query into your site. Also share Opening Price, Lowest Price to Accept, Bid Increment and Buy now price value which you have set for auction product.

    We tested your query into our test server with “twenty twenty-one” wordpress theme. For example, Next bid increment value is $2300. If the bidder enter $2500 value in bid box, it does not automatically change to another value. Bidder can enter value of $2300 or more then that in bid input box and place a bid. Please review the video here.

    By the way,

    The same error is happening in one other localhost installations and another installation with NO error (Hello Elementor theme), so I think it has to do with an Oceanwp theme conflict, however, I would have NO clue on how to resolve it. Thanks

    First of all, @payalrajyaguru from our team had shared a video showing the test bids. You would notice that we did not see issue described by you.

    Second, we have again tested it on OceanWP theme, please check new video.

    Now, we would recommend you to share below:

    1. Capture a small video of your problem and share with us.
    2. It seems you had installed plugin on Localhost. If you can reproduce the same problem on a website, please do share us the link of the site so that we can check there.
