Product Category Page Texts

You can use this to move the category description after the products:

add_action('woocommerce_archive_description', 'custom_archive_description', 2 );
function custom_archive_description(){
    if( is_product_category() ) :
        remove_action('woocommerce_archive_description', 'woocommerce_taxonomy_archive_description', 10 );
        add_action( 'woocommerce_after_main_content', 'woocommerce_taxonomy_archive_description', 5 );
    endif;
}

I’m still surprised there is no simple Woo solution to this as it must be an issue for almost every site using Woocommerce.

I agree – it’s one of those simple features that really should be in there!

There are 4 blocks of code and they all go into your functions.php, i would recommend using a child theme so updates don’t affect these changes.

**Remember to ignore the opening <?php tag in the code as this will already be in your functions.php file.
