How can we find out what the compatibility is of this plugin with WooCommerce? I’d like to upgrade to 5.4.1, but it tells me that the compatibility of the app is ‘unknown’. Is it only the version of WordPress I need to worry about?

    Kind regards
    Murray

Is there any support on this? Should I just contact trust payments for support?

Hi @murrayelliot2, apologies for the delay in replying – our team have been hard at work getting the new version ready for release! This is now in www.remarpro.com’s plugin submission queue and therefore will be live in 1 – 10 days depending on the plugin team’s workload.

Regarding this current version of the plugin, whilst it isn’t labelled as supporting the latest version of WordPress I can confirm that it does as we have it running on the latest stable version on our testing environment.

    Hope this helps, thanks.

(Just to be a bit clearer on my last reply, the ‘new version’ is a brand new rebuild of the plugin which supports 3DSv2). We will be advising all users of the current build to switch to the new one when it is available – further announcements on this will come at point of readiness, however this current plugin will remain active for some time during the cross-over period.

Thanks Josh. The error message refers to WooCommerce, not WordPress, however, I’ve done enough testing to validate it does indeed work with the latest version of WooCommerce.

The error message was as follows:

The following active plugin(s) have not declared compatibility with WooCommerce 5.0 yet and should be updated and examined further before you proceed:

Plugin Tested up to WooCommerce version
Trust Payments Gateway for WooCommerce unknown

Look forward to seeing the plugin update.
