Add-Edit Post Screen – which one?

I recently asked someone else to install a WP Add-0n to my version 5.7.2 Word Press site. When they finished, the add/edit post pages I had been using look different and I cannot use them.
The edit page I had been using looked like this:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/21t51u6a5rkv7sz/Image%202.JPG?dl=0I want to get back to the editor I am used to but not sure how to do so (or what I have now)? It doesn’t seem to use blocks or allow me to post VIMEO videos as I used to do?
Any help appreciated
