    When I back up the site, it completes without errors. However, when I try to migrate it to a new site, I get the error below. I am also unable to download the backup. It just says “Failed – Server problem” in Chrome.

    Hi @pjpark

    Could you please try to download the backup manually in incognito mode?
    Once you download the backup please try to extract it.

    If you can successfully extract files of the backup try to upload the ZIP manually using the Upload Area below backup(s) list.
