    Hi @martinfabl,

We have just pushed an update to address several issues. Please update your Feed Them Social free version to 2.9.6.2

If you are have any caching plugins installed, manually clear them.

If you have a FB blocking extension active in your browser (like FB Container in Firefox), make sure it is disabled.

After you have updated the plugin, on your WordPress page, simply clear the FTS cache.

If the above steps have not resolved the issue, you may need to reacquire a new access token and gain a new shortcode. Once you replace the old shortcode with the new one, after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so the changes take effect.

Lastly, if the above steps have not fixed the issue, then it is likely that another plugin or theme may be in conflict. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.

    Best regards

As you can see it’s not seeing the instagram business token even though that field is populated

    Hi @martinfabl,

On your Feed Them > Instagram Options page, scroll to the bottom and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. Then go to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new shortcode.

If that step does not resolve the issue, open up your Instagram in another browser tab. Sign out of whatever IG account you are in, then sign into the intended IG account.

Back in WordPress, go to Feed Them > Instagram Options and click the banner/button to gain an access token. If trying for an IG Basic token, click allow. If trying to gain an IG Business token, once the prompts begin, select ‘edit settings’ on the left. Check the account you wish to display plus one more. Allow the rest of the settings.

Once the prompts return you to WP, click the page banner for the IG you wish to display and then click the ‘Save’ button that appears. Then you can go to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new shortcode.

    Hi Chris,
Sorry that hasn’t worked either. Sysinfo still not picking up the token.

    Hi @martinfabl,

Could you email us a screenvideo of trying to gain an access token? Thanks.

Also, (I’m assuming that the IG account is public and an IG Business account), please include the separate browser tab being logged into the IG account.

Please send that to support@ slickremix.com (please close gap in email address to send)

I’ll give that a go now. But as it’s a business account we log in to it via the facebook page so does it need to have an instagram tab open too?
