    Hi,

    I am using your abandoned cart plugin.

    but,

    {customer_last_name}

    does not work.

    and

    {customer_name}
    {customer_surname}

    does not work, either.
    (they are not name. maybe email address ?)

    I want to send “customer’s last name”

    How can I write?

    and, in the shortcode of cart,

    “quantity” and “price” is still English.

    I want to change the language.

    loco translate does not work on your plugin.

    how can I change to Japanese?

    We checked all these shortcodes, they work perfectly on our site. Currently, when using the {customer_surname}, it will show the customer’s last name in the email. That is how we define in code.
    Using the Loco Translate plugin will help to translate those text (Quantity and price), please take a real test.

    both shortcodes show the “username” not their real name.
    I did real test. but the situation was same.

    I want to show their last name.
    How can I show?
