    Hi guys,

I just received a notification from my WP site with the following error, rendering the page inaccessible.

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 54 of the file /www/wp-content/plugins/fast-velocity-minify/libs/simplehtmldom/simple_html_dom.php. Error message: Cannot redeclare file_get_html() (previously declared in /www/wp-content/plugins/accessibility-checker/includes/simplehtmldom/simple_html_dom.php:50)

I haven’t updated or changed anything before this error occurred, so I don’t know why it suddenly popped up.

After disabling the plugin, my page became accessible again.

Have you seen this before and know what might have caused it?

    Thanks,
    Michael

  • You have two plugins calling the same name function. One of them has to change the function name. If you disable Accessibility Checker, FVM will work again as well. If you don’t need that checker on all the time — leaving it disabled should work too.
