Thank You page 404 not found

    When I place an order, everything goes well. I can pay with Stripe, by credit card, in test mode.

    I did receive the order confirmation email, but the redirection on the thank you page (link given) gave me a 404 error.

    I have tried everything :
    – Redirection via actions in functions.php
    – Flush rules
    – Empty the cache
    – Permalinks

    … I need help

    Hi @jgense,

    Can you check your Order received endpoint as found under Checkout endpoints in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced? If it shows as /order-received/ please change it to order-received.

    If that doesn’t help, please follow this guide to do a conflict test and see if that helps. This involves switching to the default Storefront theme and deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and checking to see if that resolves the issue.
