login admin panel

  • Hello

    I have changed my password in my phpMyAdmin but I’m still not be
    able to login. When I use my email address,on which I got a message
    back from WordPress to get a new password, I get the message:
    ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.
    On the user_pass field in my phpAdmin is a long list of numbers
    and letters instead of my email address. Do I have to change that?
    Can anybody please help me because I’m desperate and lost my site
    also.

    Hi esmi

    I made a backup before Easter but I don’t know how to restore it ,
    but my database for perfectf_wpress is empty? Does that mean anything?
