possible virus – white bar on top with a “0”

  • Hello. Today I observed many of my sites had a white bar on top with a “0” in. Under this bar the sites look as they looked before. I took a look on the files and I saw a lot of weird ones like g4.php, lock360.php, WHM [email protected], new-index.php…. I deleted those virus, I updated the sites but the problem insists I still see this zero and at the code i see :
    0<!doctype html>
    <html lang=”el” prefix=”og: https://ogp.me/ns#”&gt;
    <head>
    <meta charset=”UTF-8″>
    …blah blah blah

    Any ideas?
