Incompatible with Hotel Booking by MotoPress

    I’ve problem with a cookie (mphb_session) generated from Hotel Booking plugin by MotoPress which doesn’t allow the dynamic cache to be generated.
    SiteGround hosting tech assistance reply me that is a problem of MotoPress, MotoPress has replied me that is a problem of SiteGround.
    I need urgently to have a cache because the TTFB is very bad, so… is there a way to exclude this cookie from caching?

    This is not incompatibility but how the caching system works. If the Hotel Booking plugin opens a new cookie session on each visit, each visit will be dynamic and caching will not work.

    There is no problem at Site Ground. All header-based caching systems work that way. There is no way we can exclude their cookies from the caching rules.
