• On the latest update of WooCommerce and WordPress, the 1stPayGateway plugin has been having issues keeping up. Every order we’ve had come in since results in a payment failure, with the message reading “RESPONSE: Transaction Declined Due to Security Reasons (IP Address)” to all of our site visitors. It’s been challenging to find a solution on my own as no debug log seems to exist.

    Please reach out to [email protected]
    You have IP Blocks on your account that are most likely causing that error.
    You will have to validate exactly what IP address you are sending that needs to be removed from the block list.
