Can’t see CATEGORIES when trying to edit a MENU

    I am trying to add new categories to my PRIMARY MENU but when I go to the APPEARANCE, MENU, CATEGORIES, it is EMPTY, so I cannot add the new categories to my MENU

    can someone help me please?

  • Hi there! Are these categories from Posts, or from WooCommerce products? I can see from your sitemap that you have quite a few WooCommerce categories and suspect you might be looking for those. If that is the case, you need to enable that through the screen options first.

    Thank you so much Jess,
    I had “Categories” ticked but it didn’t dawn on me that (if I read a little further to the right) there was “Product Categories” there as a separate class.

    Seems obvious now but it had me stumped, so HUGE THANKS to you Jess!
