Not saving customisation

    Hi, I had fully customized my website exactly as I wanted.
    Not sure what happened or if did something wrong, It was suddenly not working all customisation disappeared and I couldn’t even do it again because no changes are applying.
    I can actually change the website title and it works, but then, menus, header and other things, it just doesn’t save it.
    I have been checking other themes, but ocean is perfect for me and would really like to use it.
    My friend who is hosting my website sent me this error he found:

    I would really appreciate some help ??
