• Hello,

I went to my client’s site tonight and got a message from my virus scanner that was directed to the file URL for contact form 7. The anti-virus (avast) said it blocked script:SNH-gen[Tri] and showed the file URL location in the contact form 7 folder on my server. Icons on my site were massive and some other stuff was not working and loading, so I disabled contact form 7, and it all worked again.

Then I went to my web host and they performed a virus/malware scan and there was nothing found. I re-enabled contact form 7, and it just started all working again, but as I surf the site sometimes my anti-virus will still pop up and say that the script: SNH-gen[Tri] file was blocked again.

How can I solve this issue? Are there any known current issues and if not, perhaps it is a false positive from my avast that also blocked files from loading on the site?

    Thank you,
    Amanda
