Subject of registration emails

When i first created my blog i used a different name for it, later i changed it to the current name of the blog. It all displays correctly except when someone registers. In the subject line of the email they receive after registration it reads as the old blog name, not the current one.

What is the proper way to change this? I tried doing this in mySQL and messed it up and had to restore and old backup and lost a little.
