Tray Commerce changed the Extra Fee to discount

  • After configuring the Plugin and receiving some payments correctly, Tray Commercer automatically changed my extra fee configured in the Plugin, and applied it as a discount at the time of Payment.
    Doubling my loss.
    It is important to note that on the store’s cart page, everything was being calculated perfectly, but when opening the bank details in the transparent Checkout for customers to enter card data, the error occurred and customers had the extra fees applied as discounts.

    Has anyone been through this or is there a way to fix it?

    Hi Henrique,
    the Pay for Payment plugin adds the fees as WooCommerce Fee. The issue you’re talking about is probably caused by some “simplification” (all fees are counted as discounts) in the Tray Commerce plugin – you can verify that by deactivating the plugin.
    You would need to contact the developer o the Tray Commerce plugin.
