Index never rebuilds, just churns

    I bought the pro version yesterday, I’ve used this plugin on other sites in the past with success. Everything appears to be functioning, but when I try to rebuild the index it just spins and never does anything.

    I’m assuming this is a configuration issue, but I don’t know where to start or what I’m looking for. I sent an email to help @ yesterday, but I’m not sure if it was received.
