    Hi Support, I am in love with your plugin and it works really well. But when I try to reply through the dashboard panel on the browser, I notice is trial version for 7 days even though I was register for the FREE account???

    Can somebody explain this?

    Let me explain everything! The 7-day trial is providing you with all the premium features Tidio has to offer. It should be treated as a testing phase so you can see the real power of Tidio. After the trial, you will be able to either upgrade to a paid plan and keep your premium features or downgrade to the Free Basic plan and continue using Tidio for free.

    Hi again!

    The free Basic plan covers all of the features that are necessary to answer incoming conversations. With this plan, you can have up to three operators to manage the chat with no conversation limit, as well as access to all of the features that used to be paid, like Multilanguage or ChatBots (limited to 100 triggers per month).
    The premium plans can add to those features and you can read about all the pro benefits here:
