Filter not working

  • The filter was working fine, i changed it to horizontal then it stopped working. changed it back to vertical and it’s still not working. Please help.

    Hi,

    How I see you are using a custom Shop Page element to load the products, the filter may not be able to filter those products, could you try on a default WooCommerce Shop Page to apply the filter?

    I have managed to sort it.

    I have set the logics to ‘and’. But when i select everything in the first and second category it only shows me 2 results instead of 3. Also, when i select category 1 and select a size it shows me sizes from other categories rather than the one i have slected.

    Please make sure the AND logic is set on all Filter Items, if it’s still not working, please contact us via email at [email protected], so we can investigate this issue further on your site.
