Thumbnails not loading… again

  • I know this topic has appeared before, but the solutions I’ve seen haven’t solved it.

    WP is up to date. I’ve checked in Chrome and Samsung’s browser on mobile and tablet. I’ve cached thumbnails locally and not, I checked the API and changed other settings to make sure it’s changing and not just csche. The link to yt below each video is new f.ex.

    Do you have any suggestions on what may be wrong?

    I get a “403 Forbidden” response when trying to load the local thumbnail magallardoem , you likely have some security measure (plugin?) blocking PHP being directly requested from within /wp-content/plugins
