Form maker Submit problem

    hi,

    After filling in the form and sent, the form was set to empty field(which is ok) but there’s no success message/ custom message after submitting and the record is not showing. The unique field is not working aswell.

    but, when I tried the demo version, it works very well.

    I want my form to work like the demo form that i’ve created.

    Thanks for your inquiry,

    Dear user, can you please remove this field ‘Product Serial Number (Enter 17 digits serial number without ‘-‘.)* and check again?

    If after removing, it works correctly, then, please send me a screenshot of this field when you create it in the backend, if you have used any regular expression then please just send the regular expression.

    If removing this field will not help, then please check whether you have any cache or auto-optimize plugin, if there is any such plugin/tool, then please exclude the form page link from being cached or optimized and check again.
