Web Stories do not correctly duplicate when Duplicate Page plugin is enabled

Hi there! My name is Luckyna and I work on support for the Google Web Stories plugin.

We have a user who has reported that the pages from their Web Stories are not duplicated. After some testing, we’ve found that this appears to occur only when the Duplicate Page plugin has been enabled.

As you can see in this video, when you click on edit, none of the pages were duplicated. However, if you preview the duplicated story, the pages do appear. Additionally, the duplicated story does not show up on the Stories dashboard either.

Can you please investigate why the plugin does not correctly duplicate all story data, and look into a possible update to allow the Web Stories content to be duplicated completely? Since Duplicate Page is so widely used, we want to make sure that our shared users have access to this Web Stories feature.
