Groups not working in drop down menu

    Hello
    I have four different options in a drop down menu.
    Each option, when selected, should be showing a conditional rule.
    However, only one out of the four options show the conditional rule I have applied.
    I used the [group][/group] tag in every option.
    I have checked spelling and everything.
    Can you please help?
