    Hi,
    I might be missing something but when I do a keyword export, the plugin does not load anything and immediately starts the export download. This results in an outdated keyword export, one that I did earlier. Only when I change the “export empty configurations” option, it regenerates the export and gives me the correct contents. When I switch the option back again, it does not regenerate the export and gives me the outdated export file again.

    What is going on?

    we tried to reproduce the behavior you have described. We were not able to generate the same results – in our tests, everything worked as expected, always exporting a fresh snapshot of the underlying data.

    Can it be, that you are using some multilayer or database caching plugins? Maybe they are influencing the behavior of what WordPress returns when querying the database.

    I mark this topic here as closed, as there is no conflict in general and it seems to be an individual case on your end. If you like us to have a look at your setup and investigate what might cause your described behavior, please send us a temporary admin account to our support mail “help [at] internallinkjuicer.com” with a reference to this topic.

    Hi,
    Thanks for getting back to me.
    That is weird. I do use wp fastest cache and jch optimize for optimizations, but i don’t see how these could interfer. Anyway, I’ll do some debugging on my staging site to see if I can find the issue here.

    Also, just to be sure, this issue wouldn’t conflict with the import process right? Since I did some importing and all seemed fine. It only seems to go wrong when exporting. Let me know.

    please let me know, like mentioned above when you need help on your investigation.

    Regarding your question: your current export situation won’t affect the importing process as there all input data gets processed line by line and there is also a check for already existing keywords.

    Hi,
    Just tried to replicate it on a clean install and it happened again. Now after trying 3 times (adding keywords, doing export) it happened. The first two times it went okay.
    No other plugins are activated BUT ithemes security, wordfence and seedprod maintenance plugin. Even disabling the link juicer plugin, enabling it and doing the export resulted in a incomplete excel file. If you like I can make you a screen video. Let me know.

    Thanks for following up on this.

    Is it also possible to deactivate all the other plugins on your “clean install”? Just to make sure, that no other 3rd party plugin is harming the behavior of Internal Link Juicer…

    Hi,
    I’ve just send you an email wit a short video of the problem.
    I rather not disable my security plugins since these provide me the necessary security:) but I am pretty sure this is not causing the issue. You can get back to me here or per email. I am using the pro version btw.
