• I know this has been posted before but none of the solutions work for me. I have tried disabling all of the plugins other than Contact Form 7 and the arrow still keeps spinning when ‘send’ is clicked. The site is in development at the moment so it’s a bit poor and most of the text is just to see the layout and the logo is just a temporary one but it’s at https://www.thc-services.co.uk. The message does send in the test one’s I’ve done but I don’t want our customers to think that it hasn’t sent because there is no confirmation. I have little knowledge of php myself and am still a complete beginner in web design. Could somebody explain to me how to fix this problem please. I don’t have supercache installed by the way if anyone mentions that. It’s hosted free with the domain from godaddy as well.

    Thanks very much in advance,

    Jack

  • Have you tried switching to the default theme?

Yes. And nothing changes – the arrows keep spinning

I’ve looked everywhere on the internet and tried all of the fixes suggested but whatever I do, it won’t work. I’ve tried another contact form plugin and the same thing happens; it just loads, and loads…

I’ve managed to delete all the pages some how. The website info must be stored in the MYSQL Databases, I assumed it would have been stored on the web server, which I had backed up. I still can’t fix that error though.

The only difference between the website I am trying to set up and the one that works perfectly is the fact that the one working fine is a windows server and this one is linux. Hopefully the change should sort it out.

I changed to windows and the blog didn’t even work. It just showed an internal server error 500 so I don’t know what to do. Could anyone help please? I’ve changed back to linux by the way. I will get some decent hosting if I make enough money from this business but for now I’m just using godaddy’s ‘free with domain’ option

    Hi,
some news from the spinning arrows.
    I′m using WP 3.0.1 and Contact Form 7 2.4.1

I′ve the same effect on my WP form I use as described above: pressing the send button implies the spinning arrows – the message is NOT send. BUT: this is true in most cases, but not everytime! Sometimes all works as it should. AND: the effect shows up when I press the send button without having filled in at least one mandatory field, in which case I excpect a error message to show up.

My observation: if I eliminate all checkboxes and radio buttons, the form works fine.

My quick and dirty workaround for the moment: I included just one checkbox and gave it a default value ( default:1 ). This works….
    I don′t know why. ??

Does anybody has an idea? A configuration problem? Java? PHP?
    Ideas are welcome!

Kindest regards from the Black Forest.
