Incorrect prices in the Facebook for Woocomerce catalog

Hi @mjmontero, I’d like to see a few more details about the way your prices and taxes are configured. It’s definitely strange that the Facebook catalog is picking up a completely different price for both the regular AND sale price.

Can you share a screenshot of both prices (regular and sale) as configured in the Edit Product page?

Additionally, can you also share details about your tax setup? You can share a screenshot of the settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options, as well as talk us through what rates are you currently using there.

The information on the price is not sinking correctly. Some of them got fixed by resaving the products but others didn’t. I am worried because I can’t check the whole site prices and save all of them, it’s too much time. The problem continues to appear later on.

Hi @mjmontero thank you for sending the images.

Some of them got fixed by resaving the products but others didn’t.

Could you please provide a link to a product that did not update after saving, as well as one that did update?

Next, please enable logging under Marketing > Facebook, then wait for another sync (this happens every 15 minutes). Please send the log file so we can check what is sent to Facebook. You will find it under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, under Facebook in the dropdown list.

As a quick housekeeping step, could you purchase the free Facebook for WooCommerce plugin from WooCommerce.com so that this account is labeled for support?

Once you do so, delete whatever plugin came with the theme party theme and install the official plugin from WooCommerce.com. If you still have issues, you’ll be able to open a support inquiry at WooCommerce.com.

@johndcoy I buy the plugin in my account and make the adjustment in the page, we continue having the same problem.

@battouly I wrote to them at the same time I did in this forum. They said it was something they couldn’t manage because the plugin was not created by Facebook and they couldn’t make a check.
