    Hi Edward,

Thanks for fixing the reply-to issue.

Unfortunately when I update from 1.5 to 1.6, it broke the Bookly plugin that was active on the site. Customers would try to make an appointment and on the last step, upon confirming, it would just hang indefinitely. I noticed this error in the console:

"A participant without an email address is not allowed for ReplyTo property.{"success":true}"

I haven’t tried the latest version yet. I wanted to run this by you first. The client doesn’t have a staging environment so I don’t like experimenting on it in fear he’ll miss out on appointments.

I’m uncertain whether this error comes from Bookly or your plugin, but I imagine it’s one of the two. I tried leaving the reply-to field in your plugin’s settings empty and also tested with a valid e-mailaddress, but I kept getting that error.

The appointments did get created, and the e-mails are also sent. It’s just the front-end that hangs. Downgrading to v1.5 helped it get working again.

  • Hi @johnny538 , so I’ve downloaded Bookly on my test server using the latest version of my mail plugin (1.7.1).

I’m not entirely sure how you use Bookly (it seems to be a backend appointment booking system only). However, having set up a test employee, service and customer; and created a new appointment using the backend appointment form (ticking the send notifications box). The Bookly plugin adds the appointment with no hanging and sends two notification emails to both the employee and the customer notifying them of the booking.

Wow thanks so much for checking this. I’m gonna test it myself ASAP.

btw, when you edit a page, you should see a button that inserts the bookly shortcode. I still use the classic editor, so I’m not sure how it looks like in Gutenberg, but it should be there.
