    WordPress Version: 5.6.1
    WooCommerce Version: 3.5.1
    Ultimate Gift Cards Version: 2.4.5

I got an email from a client that the emails being sent out with their gift card orders were no longer including a .pdf version of the gift card as an attachment in the email so I went to inspect but when I try to access the Ultimate Gift Cards settings page by going to Plugins>Ultimate Gift Cards [Settings] I get a blank screen with the infamous “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message.

I’m confirmed I’m definitely logged in as an admin user, and this is the only admin screen that I’ve found that is giving this message. I noticed version 2.4.5 was just released two weeks ago, and while I was just notified by the client this morning, I wouldn’t be surprised if it has been an issue for a couple weeks and just went unnoticed.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Update for clarity: I’m experiencing this issue locally as well as on a remote server, and have also tested disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce (which is required to activate the Ultimate Gift Cards plugin), and the Ultimate Gift Cards Plugin and the issue persists.

I also tried updating the WooCommerce plugin to Version 4.0, and other versions of 4.X given the MWB Ultimate Gift Cards product page lists the required version as 4.0 and up, and I still have the same error message when trying to access the settings page.

I also just realized that the plugin as it is installed on the site is listed as “WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card” and is in a plugin directory named “woocommerce-ultimate-gift-card” (https://share.mattsoria.com/Screen-Shot-2021-05-27-14-06-30.11.jpg), yet the most recent download of the plugin is labeled “Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce” and in a plugin directory named “woo-gift-cards-lite” (https://share.mattsoria.com/Screen-Shot-2021-05-27-14-08-49.55/) —?did the plugin change naming at some point, and is this possibly the source of my issues?

    Hello,

The screenshot you have shared seems to be an Envato plugin.

As you have purchased the plugin over there then please generate a support thread over there. Both are different plugins.

Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. You can get it from your Envato account.

    Regards,
