Link “Home” with long URL in breadcrumbs

Hello,
I installed the Yoast breadcrumbs in my website but I see a long URL in the “Home” link:
https://gyazo.com/ac6d3be72f74b7698af5955e4029266eInstead of https://www.promarketer.it/ I see https://www.promarketer.it/come-guadagnare-online-con-il-web-marketingdiventa-un-web-marketer-che-guadagna-con-le-proprie-passioni/
Which is the title of the page set as homepage.
I checked the homepage page and the permalink looks fine: https://gyazo.com/55c28a69e8ca8c26a997371b70aa0c11
Is there any way to fix this little issue?

We can imagine a Home URL linking to another page as totally undesirable. On visiting the page in question, https://www.promarketer.it/piattaforma/email-marketing/sendinblue/, we can confirm the Home item links to https://www.promarketer.it/come-guadagnare-online-con-il-web-marketingdiventa-un-web-marketer-che-guadagna-con-le-proprie-passioni/, this has a 301 redirect to https://www.promarketer.it/home/ (rediretc by Yoast SEO Premium) and then another 301 redirect to your homepage, https://www.promarketer.it/ (redirect by Redirection plugin).
