Adding company name to transitional emails

    When an order is placed and the transactional emails are sent out (to both customer and store owner) the company name is missing from the “Billing address” & “Shipping address” sections on the email. All other details are displaying aside from company name (if one was added at checkout). Is there a to display the company name? A filter maybe? I’ve created a screenshot to help explain (I’m trying to get the company name to display like the mockup).

    I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behaviour which you describe with the company name not displaying on the default email invoices of WooCommerce.

    Below is a screenshot of the company name of Widget Company LTD and The Shoe Company LTD added to the Billing Address and Shipping Address fields on the checkout page of WooCommerce.

    On the received emails for both the Store Owner and Customer, the entered company names are displaying.

    When testing the site only had the WooCommerce v5.3.0 plugin enabled and what you’re experiencing does not seem directly related to the WooCommerce plugin itself.

    Thanks for getting back to me Stuart with your detailed answer. At least I now know this is feature that is in-built with WC out of the box. I’ll investigate further on my end. It could be a plugin / theme issue somewhere. I’ll get to the bottom of it. Thanks
