Hi I have an issue with the multi step checkout. Once you have added an item to cart if you proceed by clicking “I don’t have an account”. On the billing screen after entering all your details you still get the error message saying

“Some required fields are empty. Please fill the required fields to go to the next step”

It seems like it is forcing you to create and account and not allowing guest checkout

Multi-step checkout is not something that is provided by WooCommerce core and would require an additional plugin. Can you let us know which plugin you’re using for this? If you’re not certain, please copy and paste your System Status Report into this thread so that we can verify. You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

If the multi-step checkout is not working, meaning it’s requiring you to create an account despite your WooCommerce settings being set to allow guest checkout, you’ll want to reach out to their plugin developers for a closer look.

I actually didn’t see any plugins standing out that might be adding the multi-step checkout, so it’s very possible that it’s added by your theme. I would recommend reaching out to your theme developers to confirm, and if they are adding this feature, you’ll want to chat with them about it not allowing guest checkout.
