Help please

  • The header and the footer are not showing on the live website but only in the preview! Anybody can help with this? Thanks

    Regarding the help you need, can you please open a support thread with more details such as your website URL, etc. so that we can look into it and help?

    I actually sorted it out watching some tutorials on youtube, I didn’t understand that the “user role” option was determining who is viewing the header and the footer, so basically I was selecting “administrator” and it was showing me the header, only from the back end!
    Now I selected “all” and it’s showing correctly. Thanks
