    Hello,

    I’ve installed the official Facebook Chat plugin to my website. I’ve configured and at the end it was saying that my plugin is ready to use. But it doesn’t show at all on my website. Tried to unistall and install it again but i had no luck. Also when I was setting it up it didn’t show the option for automatic messages and replies. Thank you in advanced.

    Hi @keltsidis,

    The FB Page your Chat plugin installation is associated with is geo-restricted. This means that only users with an active Facebook session, who are from the allowed region will be able to view/interact with the Chat plugin. For other visitors to your website, the plugin will not load.

    If you’d like the Chat plugin to be available to all visitors (including those not logged in to Facebook), then any active restrictions (age or location) on the FB Page, should be removed. This can be done by a Page admin, via the Page settings.

    Hi @hivizwebsolutions,

    Sure. The admin of the Facebook Page to which the plugin is connected, should go to Facebook, click on “Pages”, open the Facebook Page in question, and click on the “Settings” option in the left-hand menu. Then, in “General” (the first tab), look for “Page visibility”, “Country restrictions”, and “Age restrictions”.

    Those are the settings that you’ll need to manage.
