I’m using Astra with a starter site. I’ve uploaded my logo (of the size requested by Astra, 180×60) and made some small changes to text and changed one photo, but it’s basically the default site.

I’m having a problem with the transparent header. When I turn it on for mobile, it’s all messed up and jumbled, completely broken and not usable. I cleared caches but it’s still not working so I turned it off on mobile and it’s now showing a white bar on the cellphone.

Now I need two different logos, one for the transparent header (background image is dark) and one for the non-transparent (background is white). However, even though there is an option for “Different Logo for Transparent Header?” when checked it just uses the current logo. Cleared my caches again but nothing changed.

So how do I make two different logos work? It seems like there should be two different logo upload spots but there’s only one (well there are two but they are the same logo and when I change one it changes both), and everything seems to lead to the transparent header settings. Even the first page of the header settings which says it’s not the transparent logo IS the transparent logo.

When can we expect the transparent header to be able to be turned off entirely? It seems weird that I can turn it on for both or off for one but not the other, and I don’t want the transparent header at all. It makes the customizer convoluted and difficult to work with because of all the “go here for this” and “this actually changes something over there”, plus there’s the issues I’m running into with it just not working in any sort of an intuitive way or being broken or something.
