Form Won’t Stop CCing the Admin

    I built a site for a client, and had my email initially in the To field alongside the client. I’ve deleted my name, yet continue to get a copy of every contact form submission.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for writing in!

    It’s definitely odd when you are still getting an email notification because WPForms will only set the email to the email address(es) that is added in the Send To Email Address field setting.

    There might be something else on the site that is causing this so when you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
