    Hello Hannah,

    Thank you for your response. The /contact-us/ link puts me back into the same loop and I have no option to submit.

    I will give you the info here.
    The plugin is Skyverge’s Elavon Converge Payment Gateway paid plug-in
    the site is ciuspress.com
    my email is [redacted]

    I am trying to send the client’s IP to Elavon during purchase so that IP filtering can be performed by Elavon. It is mentioned in the support Docs, but it is not an option in the Settings.

    Thank you for providing more information as requested before.

    I was able to verify your purchase for Elavon Converge Payment Gateway with the email address. You might want to remove your email address by editing your post, for privacy reasons.
