    I’m currently getting this error where I can’t give my clients their files manually by adding them to the order. Is there any fix?

    “Could not grant access – the user may already have permission for this file or billing email is not set. Ensure the billing email is set, and the order has been saved.”

    Here am I saying must be something I did. I knew I didn’t change anything. This is crucial to service-based enterprises and is a major general issue to those utilizing it heavily. I hope they see we need a fix.
