Issue with active subscriptions

We are using Woocommece subscriptions and with the new version, the active exiting subscriptions will not be renewed anymore. I think this is because a new setting-connection was necessary to add. Right?

Is there a fix for this?
It’s a big problem to loose all with amazon paid exting subscriptions just because of this change to V2.
