Automatically post link to Facebook (NOT update status)

Hi there,

I’m trying to find a plugin (and failing), that will automatically update my facebook page when i submit a new post on my blog.

I’ve found one that will update the status on my facebook page, but i want one that actually post a “link”…you know, with a little thumbnail, etc, etc…

Does anyone know if anything like that exists?

I have done a search on here, but only found a topic that no-one had replied to….!

Would really appreciate any help on this!
