Custom Delivery Reminder Emails

I am working on a website for a meal delivery service. They create a new menu each week and only deliver on Tuesdays. They would like the ability to send an email to customers on Monday nights as a reminder for the meal delivery on the following day.

I have looked at a lot of other plugins that offer follow-up emails, but they have too many unnecessary features. I simply need to schedule reminder emails.

Is this possible with your plugin?
