Wrong acceptance of shipping costs

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When the “tax status” of your German shipping method has been set to “none” no tax should be added to the shipping cost. Has it been configured like that?

Are you on the latest version of our plugin?

Hi, thanks for the fast reply.
We didn′t use the tax status “none”. We use “based on the products in the shopping cart” Because we set all prices including taxes. And then we have fix shipping costs.
The Version for your Plugin is Version 10.1.1
We also use germanized.

So you are not using the WooCommerce shipping zones and methods at all?

Hi,

we are using “WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping”.
But it looks like the same. We set all prices ( products and shipping) as gross prices.
Only for shipping they plugin thinks there are net prices and calculate 19% Tax on top.

For germany i didn′t have this configuration as this, Because we have only one Shipping class. like on the screenshots

Then I am a bit lost though. You only have one shipping zone for Germany and this is your setting:

Besteuerbar = Taxable

So when it is on taxable our plugin add the tax to the shipping price. If that is not what you want then it should not be on Besteuerbar?

Hi, okay bad :-(.
But its not correct, 3.90 is the gross price.
And we have to set taxable.
In The chekout its show
3,90€ ( 0,26 7% Tax, 3,64€ net )

If it set it to “non taxable” its show in the checkout
3,90€ gross ( 0,00 7% Tax, 3,90€ net)

And:

[last_updated] => 18 May 2021 19:08

So at least two updates successfully finished today.

What makes you believe the feed did not update?

some products sold out since yesterday and in the feed they show available. Also we add yesterday and today new products and there are also not in the feed
