    Hello,

    For the year that I’ve been using this plugin, my customers have said that they’ve emailed me to no response. I’ve never received such emails, and I’ve just discovered why. For some reason, the ‘reply-to’ email address is different to the sending email address which is the only one that I have access to. I can’t find anywhere in my setting to change this.

    Could someone please help?

    Thanks for reaching out. I could not access the Google drive link for the screenshot. The reply-to is usually added by the plugin sending the email. If you have checked the ‘Force From Email’ option in WP Mail SMTP, and the other plugin is sending an email with a different ‘From Email’, then this plugin’s ‘From Email’ is added as a reply-to to preserve its value. So, to fix the issue you’ll need to check the reply-to and From Email options in the plugin sending the email.
